Technical Features: Cooling the clinker (1000-1300℃) discharged from rotary kiln to below 200℃ and improving the quality and grindability.
Cooler is also called rotary drum cooling machine, which is the main equipment configured in the rotary kiln production system. It is used for cooling materials with a certain temperature and particle size, and it is often used with drying machine, which can greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity and improve the production yield, so as to further remove part of moisture and reduce the material temperature; at the same time, it can be used for cooling other powdery and granular materials.
In the rotary kiln production system, after rotary kiln, it is often equipped with a cooling machine, this is because the temperature of material is too high after drying by rotary kiln, and the cooling machine can cool the materials to a qualified temperature in order to enter into the next process. The material enters into the cooling machine after getting out of the rotary kiln; the waste gas also can be introduced to rotary kiln after the heat exchange of the cooling machine, which can improve the heat efficiency of the rotary kiln production system.
Cooler has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low energy consumption, reliable operation, high cooling efficiency and strong adaptability. It is mainly used in the fine chemical cooling of limestone, slag, coal and clay in building material, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry, which can also be used in compound fertilizer production line.
