Cement mill is also known as cement ball mill, which is the key equipment for materials to be smashed after crushing. It is widely used in cement, silicate products, new construction materials, refractory, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metals, glass chinaware and other production industries. Cement mill can conduct dry or wet grinding for many kinds of ores and other materials which can be ground.
Cement mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part and driving part (reducer, small transmission gear, motors, and electrical control). Hollow shaft is made of steel; whose lining is removable, and the rotary gear adopts casting and hobbing processing. Inside the cylinder, there are liners with good wear resistance. It has steady operation and reliable performance.
Cement mill has strong adaptability to raw materials, continuous production, high crushing ratio, easy adjustment of grinding fineness, which can not only be used for dry production and wet production, but also can conduct simultaneous grinding and drying operations.
