1. The dielectric plate should get rid of series connection and plugging. It should be cleaned every twenty to thirty days and replaced at regularly intervals, usually one year or half a year, according to its abrasion condition. Note that the gland screw should be tightened.
2. During the task, pay attention the temperature rise of lubricating oil and cooling oil. When it is too high, it's time to report to the workshop manager, in order to take necessary measures, for example, downtime maintenance.
3. When the temperature rise of the reducer overruns the limit, we should promptly report to the workshop leader, and shut down to check and troubleshoot.
4. Regularly change the lubricating oil.
5. Pay attention to checking if the pointer of each oil pressure gauge, water pressure gauge, voltmeter, ampere meter is sensitive. When problems are found, find relevant personnel to deal with immediately.
6. Pay attention to the working conditions of the equipment connecting with the magnetic separator before and after. In particular, the foregoing weak magnetic and slag removal operations should work normally.
