Sludge dryer is also called rotary sludge dryer, which can dry materials with 90% moisture content to finished products at one time. In accordance with the characteristics of easy agglomeration during the sludge drying process, it adopts the combined type self-cleaning device, which greatly expands the application scope of single cylinder dryer. Sludge drying machine can not only dry all kinds of sludge materials, but also can dry a variety of high viscosity materials.
Sludge dryer is mainly composed of fan, scattering device, belt feeding machine, rotary drum, heat source, belt discharging machine, unload machine and distribution cabinets. It is suitable for drying sludge, metal and non-metallic mineral magnetic, gravity, floating concentrate and cement industry, clay and other industries. Sludge dryer has the characteristics of reasonable structure, sophisticated production process, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation, energy saving and environmental protection.
The working area of sludge drying machine includes the discharge zone, inclined lifting plate area, clean area and material conveying area. It is widely used for the drying of various sludge materials such as activated sludge, sewage sludge, petrochemical sludge, papermaking sludge, dyeing sludge, municipal sludge drying and various dregs with high moisture content.
