Raymond mill that is the common industrial grinding equipment is widely used in mining, chemical, building materials, metallurgy and other industries for grinding operation of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with less than 7 Moh's hardness and no more than 6% humidity, such as barite, calcite, talc, marble, limestone, ceramics and glass. Its finished production particle size can be adjusted between 100 meshes and 425 meshes.
1. Moisture content of the material. Large moisture content causes the easy material adhesion on the Raymond mill and the blockage problem in the conveying process.
2. The hardness of the material. Materials with higher hardness have the more difficult grinding operation and more serious wear and tear on the equipment. The slower the grinding speed is, the smaller the production capacity will be.
3. Production capacity of Raymond mill will reduce for the high requirement of finished material fineness.
4. Large fine power content of material will result in low production capacity because of the easy blockage in the conveying process.
5. The viscosity of the material. That is, the great viscosity of the material will cause the easier adhesion.
6. The better wear resistance of the parts is conductive to its production capacity improvement.
To improve the production capacity of Raymond mill, it is better to take account of material moisture content control, material hardness reduction, fine powder screening improvement and material viscosity reduction, etc.
