1. Crushing

Large blocks of molybdenum minerals are uniformly sent to impact crusher for further crushing after coarse crushing of the jaw crusher. Then the circular vibrating screen will divide the crushed materials to different specification of which the qualified materials will be sent to next stage and the qualified one will receive crushing again.

2. Grinding

Mixed with water, the qualified materials after screening will be sent to ball mill for grinding. The grinded molybdenum ore pulp will receive the classification in the spiral classifier. After this stage, the qualified molybdenum ore pulp will be sent to stock bin and the unqualified parts will be grinded again.

3. Flotation

Flotation is the key stage of the whole molybdenum ore beneficiation line. Added with medicament, the qualified molybdenum ore pulp in the stock bin will be uniformly stirred and sent to flotation machine for full reaction. At last, the high quality molybdenum concentrate will be gained.

4. Drying

The thickener will make a dehydration operation to the molybdenum concentrate firstly. Then the final molybdenum concentrate will be gained after the dried operation in the dryer.
